Here at Team Crafty we pride ourselves on trying to deliver not only the Crafty Nation’s orders, but also offering first rate customer service.
That’s why in 2022 we revamped our delivery service and charges.
Anyone who lives in or around Edinburgh and is within the post code range EH1 to EH26 can get FREE home delivery.
When your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you a text to arrange a convenient day and time so that you wont miss us. You tell us when it’s convenient.
For those that are further afield, but need things in a hurray, we offer an Express Service. This will be sent by courier service and with you within 48 hours of your order being placed.
Finally, there is standard service, again sent by courier, but this time its 3 – 5 business days from order date.
One thing we alsways stress to our customers is to speak to us.
If there is something you need that does not fit the services we offer, gives us a call and we will see what we can do.
Whilst we cannot always guarantee a solution, we will always look into possibilities and do our best
