A cheeky tipple inspired by a cheeky fella!
This small batch liqueur is made by Master Distiller Dai Wakely in a 300 litre copper pot still. It’s inspired by the late Peter Woolgar, who enjoyed a cheeky tipple during his time serving in WW2.
The liqueur is made with a sugar cane base rum from Guyana, infused with dark chocolate and a cold brew blend of Brazilian Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, and lengthened with pure Welsh water.
