- Nose: Freshly cut grass, vegetal aromas, wet slate, gentle wood smoke, zingy lemon peel, gentle brown sugar sweetness
- Palate: Full mouth-feel, balanced sweetness and spice
- Finish: Sharp sweetness with a fiery hint, transitioning to a nutty profile
With water:
- Appearance: Pale straw with hints of light gold
- Nose: Rounder profile with aromas of caramelised banana, bread and butter pudding
- Palate: Spicy flavour with warm cinnamon and cloves
- Finish: Brief sweetness leading to a long, warming fieriness
