We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by UPS. Deliveries outwith the UK will always be delivered using UPS.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone over the age of 18 will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel.

We use the same companies for our Crafty Spirits Club as we do for our online shop.  We aim to have all club orders shipped by the 25th of each month (depending on which day of the week that is) and with members within 48 hrs.

After a lot of hard work we are pleased to resume International Shipping to a select number of European Countries (for now).

Europe Zone 1 – £11.99

Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium (1 – 5 business days).

Europe Zone 2 – £9.99

Ireland (1 – 3 business days)

Shipments to these countries will exclude UK VAT fro the product purchase price, but customers will be responsbile for the payment of any local taxes and duties in their country.

We offer a choice of shipping services for deliveries in the UK.

Tracked 48hrs (business days) £4.99

Tracked 24hrs (business days) £6.50

Shipping is FREE for all orders over £75 to UK addresses.

We offer FREE local delivery for orders being dispatched to any Edinburgh (EH) post code as long as the order value is greater than £25. 

We will send you a text confirming a delivery slot and asking if this time is convenient for you. If not, the delivery slot can be rearranged.

Local Collection is available from:

East Lothian: Mercat Bar & Grill, 10 Whitecraig Road, Whitecraig.

Fife: Hanarella Cafe, 1 Shorehead, Leven, Fife.

This service is only available Thursday to Sunday and between the hours  of 12 noon and 5pm. 

Pick up option must be selected as your method of shipping and we will email you to let you knowe when your order is available for collection

However, purchasers may cancel the order by informing Crafty Connoisseur Ltd up to 14 days after receiving the delivery.

Goods must be returned unopened, sealed and in original condition within 14 days of the date cancelled.

Crafty Copnnoisseur Ltd will refund the purchase within 14 days of you returning the product.

The cost of returning the goods to Crafty Connoisseur Ltd and the liability for damage or loss in transit is the responsibility of the purchaser.
