This is a twist on a classic recipe for a cocktail that combines Benchmark 8-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon with Smokehead peated single malt whisky, ginger and honey syrups, organic citric acid, and lemon bitters.
The cocktail has a sweet, tangy, and subtly smoky flavour with a sour finish, and can be perfectly garnished with a lime wheel.
It’s gluten-free but *not actually medicinal.
