Palate: The mouthfeel is remarkably delicate, beginning with gentle sweetness that evolves into a rich and balanced profile. Creamy vanilla and espresso macchiato take center stage, complemented by indulgent prunes and apricots. A subtle dryness, oak, and tiramisu emerge, creating a complex, full-bodied experience.
Finish: The finish lingers with the richness of dried fruits, supported by gentle oak and a malty digestive biscuit character. Hints of prunes and dark chocolate provide a satisfying conclusion.
With Water: Adding a few drops integrates the nose into a harmonious medley of coffee, apricots, honey, and oak. On the palate, oak and dryness become more pronounced, underpinning the apricot and prune notes, while chocolate truffles elegantly span the entire profile.
